  • fixSQL splitter is now quote-aware. Serialized options containing ; at end of line no longer cut statements in half during restore.
  • fixImport skips the MetaWrench plugin folder so it can no longer overwrite its own running code mid-restore.

  • fixFile copy on Windows / LocalWP compared forward-slash and backslash paths and copied nothing. Paths are now normalised.
  • fixSite address rewrite read the imported site’s address instead of the destination’s. The destination address is now recorded to disk before anything is touched.

  • changeImport state moved from wp_options to a JSON file on disk, because the import overwrites wp_options.
  • changeImport now copies files first, resumably, and swaps the database last in a single request. Previously the database swap ended the session and every following step failed its permission check.

  • changePlugin renamed from Service Site to MetaWrench. Main file is now metawrench.php. Existing settings are migrated automatically.
  • newSetup asks what kind of site this is; fields, schema and recommendations adjust to match.
