Refund policy
If Pro doesn’t do what you needed, you get your money back. Here is exactly how that works.
New purchases
Email support@metawrench.io within 14 days of buying Pro and we refund the full amount. You do not need to tell us why, though if something didn’t work we would like to know so we can fix it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. They usually appear within five working days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
We email you before a renewal is charged. If you miss that and are charged for a year you did not want, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it. After 14 days, the renewal stands, but you can cancel so it does not happen again.
After a refund
Your licence key stops working for Pro features and updates. The plugin itself keeps running — everything in the free tier continues as normal, and nothing on your site is deleted.
What we don’t refund
Requests outside the 14-day window, and licences that have been used in breach of the terms — for example, a key shared publicly or resold.
The free tier
There is nothing to refund. It costs nothing and stays free.
